The indi­vi­dua­li­ty that each of the units in the buil­ding com­plex offers was par­ti­cu­lar­ly important to tho­se respon­si­ble at STRABAG Real Estate GmbH. ama­roo con­cept was the­r­e­fo­re com­mis­sio­ned to inspi­re ten­ants and inte­res­ted par­ties to a dif­fe­rent type of office design and to fur­nish a model flo­or in the MEANDRIS with cor­re­spon­ding ide­as and con­cepts for both open-plan and indi­vi­du­al offices. Becau­se despi­te “stan­dard fit­tings”, which alre­a­dy gua­ran­tee the ten­ants high-qua­li­ty basic fit­tings, the inte­ri­or design does not have to remain “stan­dard”.

When ente­ring the sam­ple flo­or the unex­pec­ted sur­pri­ses: The visi­tor is wel­co­med by a bright, light-floo­ded atmo­sphe­re, accom­pa­nied by the sound of the sea, crea­ted by a video instal­la­ti­on spe­ci­al­ly desi­gned for the sam­ple flo­or. The atmo­sphe­ric shot by the video artist kp hop­pe shows the gent­ly cal­ming waves on the beach and seems as if you were the­re yourself.
